SIA Dentaire: the dentist cares for patients, the agents handle the rest.
A team of AI agents that lives inside the dental practice. It prepares the day, keeps every patient file at hand, follows unpaid balances, trains each new receptionist and answers the doctor on WhatsApp, so the doctor can simply be a doctor.
The problem
In a dental practice, the doctor spends hours every week on work that is not care: the schedule, reminders, patient files, quotes, insurance paperwork, and patients who still owe money.
And every time a receptionist leaves, the practice loses its memory. A new person needs two to three weeks to learn everything again.
What the agents do
Each agent has one job, one role and a closed list of actions:
- Morning briefing on WhatsApp: today's appointments, patient alerts, what must not be forgotten.
- Before each patient, the essentials of the file: history, treatment in progress, next step.
- After the visit, a voice note is enough: the note is filed and the next step is planned.
- The schedule is analysed: appointments at risk are flagged, free slots are proposed.
- Unpaid balances are ranked by priority, with a call script ready for the front desk.
- Patients due for a check-up are listed and the task goes straight to the front desk.
- A Coach trains each new receptionist, day after day, from the practice's own procedures.
- For harder decisions, the doctor asks: the agents compare options and recommend one. The doctor decides.
Built to be trusted
The AI runs locally, on a computer inside the practice. Patient records do not go to the cloud.
Numbers are always computed by code, never by the AI: the model routes questions and writes sentences, nothing more.
A guardian agent reviews every message before it is sent and keeps only the data that is strictly needed. Every decision is written to a log that cannot be edited.
In this first version, nothing is ever sent to patients. Messages only go to the doctor and the team.
One switch pauses every agent at once.
Two ways into a practice
Alongside the existing software: SIA Dentaire reads it every day, strictly read-only, without duplicates, and the agents start working on that data. Nothing changes for the team.
Then as the practice software itself: patients, dental chart, schedule, invoices and payments, with the agents built in. The last daily sync becomes the final import, so switching is not a migration project.
Privacy, under Moroccan law
The project follows law 09-08 on personal data. Until the declaration to the CNDP is done, everything is built and tested on invented data only: invented patients, invented amounts, invented practices.
Where we are
- Done Seven agents working end to end on an invented Moroccan practice.
- Done Local model measured on invented questions before building on it.
- Done Our own core: accounts, roles, isolation between practices enforced by the database, an agent control point with a tamper-proof audit.
- Next Patients, schedule and finances in the core, checked figure by figure against a reference.
- Next Daily read-only sync with the practice's existing software.
- Then Pilot in a practice, on real data, after the CNDP declaration.
